Application shall be submitted online along with scanned copies of the following information / documents:

1. Attested copy of the Applicant’s/Partners Computerized National Identity Card Recent passport size photograph of owner/partners
2. Detail Curriculum Vitae of Owner/Partners
3. Partnership agreement in case of partnership
4. Proposed geographical market (catchments area)
5. Demographics of the city / area
6. Number of intermediate & degree colleges in the area
7. Potential of the area in terms of student base
8. Anticipated student growth in the next five years at your proposed campus
9. Drawing of the proposed building Total & covered area of the proposed premises
10. Photographs of the interior and exterior of the building (if constructed)
11. Map of the location clearly showing the approach and building location
12. Nearest landmarks
13. Pay application fee voucher of Rs. 25,000/- (Non-refundable fee) in designated bank branches or through available payment solutions within the due date.
14. Affiliations Letter(s), if any
15. Attach comprehensive proposed plan (layout) with dimensions for private virtual campus.
16. Upon submission of an online application, the applicant is required to take a print of application, pay prescribed fee voucher, attach all above mentioned documents and send a complete set of hard copy application to the University at the address given in the announcement.
17. On receipt of the complete application, along with the prescribed fee, the University shall conduct a survey of the proposed institution/ building.
18. The University, after considering the survey report and all other relevant factors, shall decide whether to approve or reject the application.

20. If the application is approved, NOC for establishment of campus infrastructure will be issued.

22. Applicant will have to apply for verification visit after completing the infrastructure requirement as per time and instructions given in the NOC.
23. PVC status & campus code shall be issued upon successful verification of campus infrastructure subject to approval of Committee for Private Virtual Campuses.
24. No operations shall be allowed till the Campus Code has been formally issued by the University.
25. If the application is not approved for any reason, the applicant may apply fresh application.

Applications will be treated on a first come first serve basis subject to the most advantageous proposal as per University's requirement

Note:

Applications must be complete in all respects. Incomplete applications will not be considered, and the fee will not be refunded in any case.
