Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 16 years of education with a degree from HEC recognized university
- Proficiency in the use of IT equipment (Computer/Tablets)
- The candidates having minimum 02 years of experience of managing the fieldwork/conducting survey/data collection & analysis/team management
Job Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage all census field activities within the assigned district.
- Ensure smooth execution of the census plan and adherence to established timelines and protocols.
- Supervise Tehsil Supervisors, validate collected data, conduct spot checks, and implement corrective actions to ensure high-quality data collection.
- Provide guidance and operational support to Tehsil Supervisors to address field challenges
- Track the progress of field operations, generate district-level performance reports, and resolve any logistical or operational issues promptly.
- Regularly communicate and submit comprehensive progress reports to the Regional Supervisor, highlighting achievements, operational challenges, and strategic recommendations.
